Hello
I have added money to my wallet which I wanted to use to purchase goods on 1688. At the checkout, a pop up page took me to Wordfirst website, at the website, I was asked to register and to also provide this 3rd party website with my business registration number, my govt ID and to also verify my Identity before I could use my own money??
I have not heard from anyone of you regarding this matter. I will not provide any 3rd party with such personal information, so I need my refund. Plain and simple. There's no where in your extension that says that a third party is required in other to make a purchase and you didn't even mention World First requirements.
