The extension is always a hit or miss; you have to pray if it works or not. Most of the times it doesn't for no reason. I tried a lot of the extensions and no extension works perfectly without issues. Fix the extension, it is unusable like this.

Hello We have tried MANY MANY times to contact your support without any success. We topped up our wallet and wanted to use the money on 1688 but we cannot. Your extension keeps rejecting the phone number for the address. We have used almost 7 different phone numbers and still the same. We changed the chinese addrees to a korean address to test, the order then went through to an unknown korean shipping address. At this point, the order is still pending without an order number because it says your agent will check before placing the order. How do we cancel this order ?
